Keeping you safe, firstly establish how you feel, I
calibrate how you are on a scale. Before you leave the session(s) I will always

LEARNING MORE ABOUT YOU & YOUR PROBLEM
This is a continuation of the free complementary service talking about your problem. Afterwards, you will
book an appointment to see me in person or over Skype, WhatsApp, during our
first session. Don’t worry I understand
how my clients first feel, anxious, stress, nervous, not sure, in doubt,
scared, so it is part of my main role to understand you and I keep you at ease
by explaining the process from start to finish.
TAKING PERSONAL HISTORY
I take a complete history of your problem and anything else
you think maybe making it worse, or adding to your issue. I am here to help you
and keep you as relaxed as possible.
I recommend you make a list of questions and bring them or
email them to me, just pick up the phone. You will find once you start talking
about your problem, you will settle down and relax because finally.
END OF SESSION
I will summarise, and give an initial assessment, even
though a thorough assessment will be conducted and updated to you later, we
will have a break of 48hrs called a split off period. Then if you and I decide
to work together, then book your next appointment.
WHAT HAPPENS? IN SESSION?
What will happen in the treatments. So I will re-iterate your
condition(s) and your treatment plan going forward. Start by explaining which
intervention we will use together.
HOW DO I GET BETTER?
Using a person-centred approach coupled with a holistic
approach to help you, that means I focus on you, and all parts that might be
connected to your issue. I use the
following treatments to help you: Hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy (by Tad
James), Life Coaching, Mindfulness, Brain Gym are the main tools I use to help
you, these tools I will help you to use in your day to day life to replace the
old unwanted coping mechanisms that do not work for you.

session(s) I will always make sure you feel better than when you came in, part
of code of ethics. Each week we will revise your symptoms, this will help you
to see the difference in your treatment.
I use ego strengthening work on clients, because it has a positive impact you you, so in a short period of time, and then you will feel better and equipped to work with your issues. Clients do notice they feel calmer,
and more relaxed within a month roughly, of course not everyone is the same.

FIRST SESSION (NLP & HYPNOTHERAPY)
This is a simple conversation
which is broken in two parts: I will send you an email, fill the form out and
send it back to me, this will help me start off taking a history of the issue
that you are coming to me for. Face to face meeting to discuss further what you
have filled out in your form as well as any other questions you may have.
Finally, I will discuss the treatment schedule and any further information or
queries you have.
TREATMENT SESSION £50
This is the the treatment of your problem(s), I will talk through what happens before we work on you, so feel rest assured, until your treatment is complete.
Up to £200
I have created a 4 step solution to helping you to stop
smoking. I have found that if treatment is conducted over a 4 week period you
will feel more relaxed and less irritable. Higher success rate. SET YOUR GOAL - Set an Anchor to help you to overcome your bad habit where ever,
STRENGTHEN you by providing Hypnosis Ego
Strengthening plus much more, REMOVE unwanted behaviour(s) or links to your issue
with Smoking. Most individuals would have stopped smoking by now,
my recommendation is to move to Therapy for more support if needed.
WEIGHT LOSS Up to £200
I have developed an eclectic approach to losing weight. Using brief therapy from hypnosis and NLP in
four easy steps: ANCHORING techniques from NLP to break your negative
habits or behaviours, HYPNOSIS Ego Strengthening work which works on your
Self Esteem issues and gets you ready to let go of those unwanted negative
habits or behaviours, Hypnosis REMOVE your negative eating habits or
behaviours, is optional depending on if your issue is a
dependency or non-dependency issue if it is - we then NLP Conflict resolution
and Hypnosis for Dependency issues.
Firs session is done separately, using: Time Line Therapy TM (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic
process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, PhD in
the 1980s. With this Brief Therapy, since they offer a fast and effective means
for changing the chain of events leading to a certain set of unwanted
behaviours or internal states, as well as subsequent similar experiences. Past
Negative Emotions and Limiting Decisions are eliminated, so that it is possible
to leave the client with only positive emotions and empowering decisions in
